A Few Tips from your friendly Lime Mexican Sawtell crew when booking

All bookings made before 7pm on any night of the week are allocated a maximum 2 hour sitting. (Tables of 2 are allocated 90 minutes)

This system accepts a maximum table size booking of 12 people. Bookings for 13+ people are considered functions and must be booked via email correspondence to limemexicansawtell@gmail.com

Bookings for tables with ALL Under 18yo guests, without any adults, is not permitted via this system for any night of the week (lunch is ok to book). We do accept these bookings, with conditions, but only via email correspondence to limemexicansawtell@gmail.com

Book for your Maximum number of guests now (at time of booking) and adjust down when you confirm on the day. (it’s easy for us to reduce on the day, then try and add seats!)

We require a credit card pre-authority for $20 per seat for any advanced bookings. This is ONLY ever charged if you simply dont turn up OR we have a significant difference between the booking numbers and the final numbers that use the booking. This pre-authority is NOT applied to your bill for your reservation. (If you dont want to use a pre-authority for booking, you can try for a phone/walk-in booking on the day ONLY of your request or you can book any LUNCH service available with NO pre-authority required.)

All consideration is given to special requests, including inside/outside tables, High Chairs and Pram access, & all other requests , however, the table layout & table allocations are always determined on the day of service to maximise the best use of a seating plan for ALL guests on the day & is always subject to the Weather Conditions.(alfresco or outside seating).

Lastly, we are a large venue that handles multiple bookings every day of the week and across multiple service times. Our whole business plan and strategy is to give you a great experience when you dine with us & we will! We use music for ambiance and it can get loud with lots of people seated all the time. Please consider this for all your guests when booking, because any requests for music to be turned down or different table requests when you arrive are unfortunately declined.

Thanks for booking at Lime Mexican Sawtell, before you complete your booking, just check ALL your details are correct as this system will EMAIL a confirmation and our staff will TEXT you on the day of booking. Please authorize the last stage of the booking process, after you check your details, as this will COMPLETE the booking. (Unfortunately, screenshots of our booking platform with an incomplete booking are NOT bookings!)
